Error Log Viewer
What function does the Error Log Viewer have? How precisely does it work? What info does it include?
An error log is an in depth report of the warnings and error messages that site visitors came across as they were browsing your site. This is the raw info that the web server has produced and it may help you find potential issues with your website and handle them in a timely manner, in order to improve the site’s efficiency and to raise the users’ total satisfaction. You can discover a variety of things in an error log - the time when the error appeared, the actual path to the file that the site visitor can't access, the IP address the request came from, and the reason this request could not be processed. There are different reasons for your visitors to see an error message - a link that leads to a non-existent file, a script page that can't be processed in the correct way by the server, a site access attempt by a blocked IP address, and many others.
Error Log Viewer in Shared Hosting
When you host your sites on our hi-tech cloud hosting platform, you will be able to see detailed error logs for each and every one of them whatever the shared hosting that you’ve selected. The feature is available inside our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel and could be enabled with simply a click from the Access/Error Logs section. When you're there, you will see all the domains and subdomains you have and you'll have the chance to switch on the error log generation individually for each one, in order to keep an eye only on the sites that you want or need. In case you no longer need a log of the errors to be kept, you are able to disable the feature with a click from the exact same section of the Control Panel. There you will also find a Download link for every single log generated by our system, so you can save the ones which you need to your PC and use log processing software to get easy-to-read statistical information.
